We have always maintained a "no hassle" approach to sales and on that basis we advertise in the local press, general publications and the local radio station.
We invite you to contact us if you require a quotation or information by either visiting one of our showrooms, telephoning in or emailing us.
- RECEIVE THE QUOTATION
Once you have contacted us, we can then either arrange for one of our representatives to visit your property at a time convenient to you, or we can offer a price from the information you have given us.
When you receive the quotation you are free to go away and take as long as you need to consider it, safe in the knowledge that we will not hassle you for a decision.
Our representatives are always on hand to answer queries or offer more assistance.
- PLACE YOUR ORDER
Once you are ready to proceed with your order our representative will draw up your order form, going through all the finer specifications with you e.g. glass designs and openings.
Once you have signed your contract, your order will then proceed through our different departments.
You will then receive your order acknowledgement letter.
- SURVEY
Approximately 1-2 weeks after placing your order our Surveyor will visit your property to take a detailed survey of the items to be installed. He can do this without you being present, as all measurements are taken from the outside of the property. However if you need to be present or require any additional information from him, a scheduled appointment time can be arranged.
- PRODUCTS ARE ORDERED
Once the survey has taken place all products are then ordered after being processed through our computerised system.
We now await your products into our warehouse ready for installation.
- BASEWORK CONSTRUCTED (conservatory orders)
If you are having a conservatory installed and require us to construct the base, one of our building teams will be on site around 2 weeks prior to the end installation, to build the basework to building regulation standards.
- INSTALLATION
Now you are ready for your installation and all products have been received and quality checked, you will be contacted by our installations manager to agree a time and date convenient to you.
One of our six installation teams (consisting of a main fitter and a mate) will come to your property at the agreed time and date to carry out the installation.
- PAYMENT REQUIRED
We work on a "Payment on Completion" basis, therefore once our installation team has completed the work we then require the payment. Either Cash / Cheque or Debit / Credit card.
- FENSA REGISTRATION
Once your installation is complete and payment has been received your FENSA Registration will be logged. Please note that you will need a FENSA certificate if you ever move house in the future. "No Quibble" Ten Year Guarantee.
We have a Service Engineer who is solely responsible for attending quickly to any problems or issues our customers have. With over 20 years in business and almost 15,000 installations it is reasonable to expect the odd problem now and again.
Once you have logged your Service Call a member of our administration team will contact you with a suggested time and date for attendance to the problem.
